How to Cancel a Premium Account
1. If you need to cancel your account, you can do it online from your Admin area: https://app.privado.live/en/admin-panel and scroll down to the ‘Cancel Account’ tab:
2. If you would like to contact us for help, please select Option 1 ‘Contact Support’. If you prefer to proceed with account deactivation, select Option 2 ‘Continue Cancellation’:
3. Specify the cancellation reason to help us understand how we can improve your experience in the future, and click ‘Cancel Subscription’:
4. If there are any active promotions available, you may also qualify for a discount. If you’d rather not take advantage of this offer, simply click ‘Continue Cancellation’:
5. You will see the ‘Cancellation Confirmed’ message with the date of your subscription closure.
